This component implements a real time clock. Actual date may also be obtained and an alarm function is included.
TimerDate component allocates a timer (source of periodic interrupt).

Current implementation ensures correct representation of any time/date in the range from the January 1st, 1998 till the December 31st, 2099.
Note: Any date before January 1st, 1998 cannot be represented. Dates after December 31st, 2099 are not represented correctly.
