The Time of Day Module (TOD) consists of one 8-bit counter, one 6-bit matchregister, several binary-based
and decimal-based prescaler dividers, three clock source options, and one interrupt that can be used for
quarter second, one second and match conditions. This module can be used for time-of-day, calendar or
any task scheduling functions. It can also serve as a cyclic wake up from low power modes without the
need of external components.
Peripheral Initialization Components provide a low-level hardware approach to initialize registers of the peripheral module. They are intended for experienced users. |
