	3324	An unsigned value is always greater than or equal to zero - this test is always true.

This expression is testing to see if an expression of unsigned type is greater than or equal to zero. The result is always 'true'.

Message 3324 is now considered obsolete. It has been superseded by message 2995 which has a more comprehensive specification.
