Arithmetic type - Balancing

This message is issued whenever the 2nd and 3rd operands of the conditional operator are an expression of essentially floating type and an expression of integral type.

MISRA C:2012 Rules applicable to message 1804:

Both operands of an operator in which the usual arithmetic conversions are performed shall have the same essential type category
