This is a constraint error

A function parameter, or indeed any other object, can be of type 'void *' but not type 'void'. If the entire "parameter-list" in the declaration of a function is replaced with 'void', it indicates that the function has no parameters,

For example:

int f1(void);                   /* OK           */
int f2(void *);                 /* OK           */
int f3(void, int);              /* Message 0664 */
