This is a constraint error

This function argument is an expression of incomplete type. Expressions of incomplete type cannot be assigned or used as function arguments.

For example:

MISRA C:2012 Rules applicable to message 0541:

The program shall contain no violations of the standard C syntax and constraints, and shall not exceed the implementation's translation limits
