CMA information

The filename could not be opened. This may be the result of incorrect file permissions, the wrong file specified on the command line or if CMA is run over a project with incomplete analysis.

If a project represents a complete linkable entity, then for best results a full analysis of all files in the project should take place before running CMA.

Other projects can ignore the unanalysed files.

Example: 

(x) test_1.cxx
(x) test_2.cxx
( ) test_3.cxx   // Msg: 1540 Unable to open test_3.cxx.err
