Dataflow recovery

Dataflow analysis can not usually proceed meaningfully when a syntax (Level 9) or constraint error (Level 8) has been identified in the code. Dataflow analysis has been abandoned for the current function as a result of the problem referred to by the message number quoted, but will resume for subsequent functions within this translation unit.
